If there is a quality problem caused by the manufacturer/ merchant, new flowers will be delivered without charge. The supplier will take earlier product back. If the recipient will not give faulty product back, DataFlora or its merchant is not responsible for delivering new flowers, because the quality faulty can not be proved.
